While you cannot purchase our books and print(s) through this website, you can peruse our collection (albeit small), and then contact us if you have any queries, or if you would like to purchase one of our books or prints we can arrange that for you via email.

Our Story
A.D. Press is a new Catholic book publishing apostolate, reprinting hard-to-find Catholic books in the UK. Our aim is to offer beautiful books at cost price, allowing Catholics to discover, or rediscover, works of Catholic tradition and devotion forgotten in the post-Vatican-II era.
The ‘A.D.’ in A.D. Press stands for Anno Domini, (in the Year of the Lord), a reference to the fact we live in the Christian era, a year since the birth, death, and resurrection of Our Blessed Lord. Academics, historians, and teachers, among others, have stopped using the suffix A.D. after dates, replacing it with C.E. (common era), if anything. Just another attempt to erase Our Lord from history. At A.D. Press we have put Christ back at the centre of history. By choosing the name A.D. Press, we want to show that we are dedicated to Christ the King of kings, as Lord of all, and Lord of History. As you can see, our logo is an image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus emblazoned on a shield within a circle, with our motto, Scuto Circumdabit Te —‘His Truth shall compass thee with a shield’ (from Psalm 90:5).
Our prime focus is to encourage and foster devotion to the Sacred Heart & the Holy Face of Jesus, and the Work of Reparation, and all that leads us to know, love and serve Christ the King. Viva Cristo Rey! Or, Vive le Christ Roi!
To launch our apostolate in 2025 we reprinted two books: Apostle of the Sacred Heart: Claude de la Colombière, by Margaret Yeo (1940), and, The Holy Face and the Work of Reparation, by Sr. Marie de St. Pierre, edited by Abbè P. Janvier (1884). They are both printed in hardback with gold foiling on the spine and available to purchase.
